Cancellation Policy

Colmore Partnership Teaching School Alliance (CPTSA) reserves the right to cancel or change the dates of the course and venue. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insignificant numbers up to 7 days prior to the course start date: any fees paid will be refunded in full.

 

Cancellations made by the participants 7 days or less before the start of the course will be non-refundable and full payment will be required.

 

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the programme without prior notice.

 

Once the course/programme has commenced and a delegate has attended the first session, no refunds will be issued and the full course fee will be charged.

 

Non Attendance

Non attendance of the course shall be deemed to be a cancellation and participant’s school will be responsible for paying the full course fee. An invoice for the full course fee will be issued.

 

  • Notification of non –attendance 14 days or more before the date of the course – no charge
  • Notification of non-attendance 8 – 13 days before the date of the course – 50% charge
  • Notification of non-attendance 7 days or less before the date of the course – 100% charge
