The programme is aimed at teachers who have recently completed their NQT year and are within the first few years of their teaching career.

Some Modules have been suggested by teachers coming to the end of their NQT year. The programme has been written by Leading Practitioners and Specialist Leaders in Education.

The programme facilitates the use of discussion, lesson observations and inputs from experienced practitioners and subject specialist covering:

  • Showcasing Learning and Teaching - successful lesson observations, learning walks and work scrutiny
  • Successful working relationships
  • Team Teaching
  • Planning interventions for children (including those with SEN)
  • Behaviour and Classroom Management
  • Effective Time Management
  • Leading a Subject Area
  • E-safety
